TEAM CROSSOVER ELITE : MISSION STATEMENT:
Team Crossover Elite (TCE) is a youth basketball organization based out of Wilmington DE. It is comprised of school age youths from the tri-state area (MD, & DE) and is led by volunteer coaches. It is a non-profit organization, fully sanctioned by Amateur Athletic Union (AAU).
We compete in tournaments throughout the East coast. Currently, we have 4 teams, with a goal to have teams in all grades from 6th to 12th throughout the region.
The management staff has over 36 years of sports experience and sports management skills. Team Crossover Elite is staffed with former college players and coaches, thus we have been able to put together a great program for these young men and women. It is our mission to show our students everything they need to know about the game of basketball and their journey through life.
Our kids are our shining stars and our future. We are dedicated to supporting and educating young men and women who need adult mentoring and guidance to establish a framework by which they may achieve and become productive citizens. Team Crossover Elite surrounds each and every child with a strong foundation, trying to do things the right way for the right reasons. We are working diligently to stop the vicious cycle of drugs and murder which have plagued our youth for far too long. TCE has great kids who come from disadvantaged areas, and we are here to ensure each and every child’s individual success and personal growth.
We were honored as an organization within our 1st year by our home city which is something that not only I will never forget, but that everyone involved in Team Crossover Elite will never forget. Seeing our hard work being implemented through our kids on a daily basis makes every second of every minute we spend with them not only an accomplishment; but worth it. With the support of our city and community, TCE can continue providing our youth with the necessary activities that will not only keep them out of trouble, but that will also nourish their minds and develop their characters and personalities.
