  • Day clinic for ages 6-19 to be held in Wilmington, North Carolina.
  • This camp is devoted to teaching the fundamental skills of the game

The UNC Tarheel Lacrosse Skills Camp is a series of one-day camps taking place at Ashley High School and Murray Middle School Football Complexes. (Veteran's Park, 555 Halyburton Memorial Parkway, Wilmington, NC

 Camps will be open to girls and boys according to age.

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 30 - UNDER 15 (cost: $125/player with lunch included)
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 31 - UNDER 10 and UNDER 13 (cost: $100/player with lunch included)
SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 1 - UNDER 19 (cost: $125/player with lunch included)

Each day,  the boys lacrosse camp will be conducted by the UNC Tarheel Coaching Staff featuring:

Each day, the girls lacrosse camp will be conducted by the Mac Ford coaching staff.
Mac Ford played for UNC from 1982-1985. He was a member of the 1982 National Champion Team, a two time All American, and the 1985 ACC Player of the Year. He went on to play for the Mount Washington Lacrosse Club where he was a five time All Club player and three time USCLA Player of the year.
He was a member of the 1990 USA World Championship Team and was voted Top Attackman in the World Games in Perth, Australia. In 2000, Mac was a founding member of the Rome Lacrosse Club for High School and Middle School girls. He has coached with the organization for the last several years. In 2005, he was named an assistant on the USA Women's Elite Lacrosse Team and went on to coach the 2009 Women's World Cup team to a World Championship in Prague, Czech Republic. Mac's daughter Molly Ford is an All American Attack player for the Georgetown Hoyas. 

Mac's supporting staff of coaches have US Lacrosse National and World Lacrosse Experience, bringing skills training to the highest level in camps they conduct.
