Timbergrove Sports Assciation Board

• 12 member board
• All members have children that play at TSA
• Representatives from Baseball and Soccer
• > 50% approval required on major policy and financial decisitions
• Meeting on an ongoing basis to discuss TSA related matters
• Members serve rolling 3 year terms.

TSA is organized into 4 major sub committees in order to help streamline operations

• Sport Operations - In charge of everything needed to play a sport
• Baseball Operations
• Soccer Operations
• League Operations - Snack Bar, Opening Ceremonies, Team Moms
• Building and Grounds - Field and facility improvements and maintenance
• Finance and Technology Baseball Operations - All matters related to playing baseball
