Alpha Ridge
Take I 95 to Route 32 west to Route 29 North to I 70 west. Take Exit 83 (Marriottsville Road) adn turn right onto Marriottsville road. At the second light, turn left onto Route 99 (Old Frederick Road). The park is .8 miles down on the left.
Glenwood Park
From Baltimore Beltway (I-695): Take I-70 West toward Frederick to Rte 97 south. Proceed south-bound on Rte 97 approximately two miles. The park is on the right next to Bushy Park ES. Park vehicles in front of school and walk to the fields. (No parking on the grassy area next to the fields).
From Capital Beltway (I-495): Take Exit 33 (Connecticut Ave.) North and proceed to Rte 97 (Georgia Ave). Turn left, north, towards Olney and continue through Olney and for an additional ten miles. The park is on the left next to Bushy Park ES. Park vehicles in front of school and walk to the fields. (No parking on the grassy area next to the fields).

Church Road
From Capital Beltway: Take Route 50 - East (John Hanson Hwy). Prodeed approximately 6 miles to Rourt 197 - South (Collington Road). Follow ramp to the right. Turn Right at First traffic light onto North View Drive. Turn Right at third traffic light onto Nottinghill Drive. At end take a Right onto Mt. Oak Road. At end take Left onto Church Road. Field on Left.
Alternate Route from Capital Beltway: Take Route 214 - East (Central Avenue). Travel approximately 4 miles. Take Left at traffic light onto Church Road. Field on Right.
Kinder Park
From VA & the DC area: Take the Captial Beltway to 95 North (towards Baltimore) and proceed approx. 16 miles to the exit for Rt. 32 East (towards Annapolis). Stay on Rt. 32 for approx. 10 miles to exit for I-97 North (towards Baltimore). From I97, take the first exit (Exit 10) to Veteran's Highway & Benfield Blvd. (Severna Park). Make a left at the light at the end of the exit ramp onto Veterans Hwy. Bear immediately to the right at the light on to Benfield Blvd. Proceed on Benfield Blvd. for approx. 2.2 miles to the 3rd light (7-11 on corner). Turn left onto Jumpers Hole Road and continue 1.2 miles to Kinder Park on the left. The park entrance is just past the light at Kinder Road at the sign marked "Harvey Garcelon Sports Complex". Take an immediate left after entering the park to proceed to the athletic fields and the parking lot. Kinder Lower is next to the first parking area on the left. Follow the entrance road to the end for Kinder Upper.
From Baltimore Area: Take I97 south to Severna Park/Benfield Blvd exit (2nd of two exits, east). After merging off of the exit ramp, continue to the 4th light at Jumpers Hole Road (7-11 on corner). Turn left onto Jumpers Hole Road and continue 1.2 miles to Kinder Park on the left. The park entrance is just past the light at Kinder Road at the sign marked "Harvey Garcelon Sports Complex". Take an immediate left after entering the park to proceed to the athletic fields and the parking lot. Kinder Lower is next to the first parking area on the left. Follow the entrance road to the end for Kinder Upper.
Muldoons Farm
Muldoons Farm - Muldoons Farms, Poolesville, MD Mont, 16 B-6 From the Beltway: I-495 to I-270 North. Take Exit 6, Rte 28/Darnestown Road west towards Darnestown. Stay on Rte 28 bearing to the left at the intersection with Key West Avenue. Stay on Darnestown Road crossing Quince Orchard Blvd (Rte 124), and Germantown Road (Rte 118). Bear right at the intersection with Rte 107 (Whites Ferry Road) and continue on Rte 28 passing Rtes 121 (White Ground Road) and 117 (Bucklodge Road) heading towards Beallsville. At Rte 109, Beallsville Road, turn left. Continue for a few miles. Muldoon's Farm will be on the left. There is a white fenced field Polo rink on the left at the entrance. If you drive past Jerusalem Road while on Rte 109, you have traveled too far. Follow signs and drive to the top of the hill to the parking area. Walk onto the path to the fields. From Germantown: From I-270S, take Germantown Road (Rte 118) south to Darnestown Road. Follow directions above from Darnestown Road. From Frederick and points North: From I-270S, take Rte 109 (Old Hundred Road) towards Barnesville. In Barnesville, turn right on Barnesville Road and then take next left to continue on Rte 109 (Beallsville Road). Follow directions above once passing Rte 28.
From Germantown and points North: From I-270S, take Germantown Road (Rte 118) south to Darnestown Road. Follow directions above from Darnestown Road.
Occoquan Park
Beltway to 66 West. Exit on 123 South. Go through Fairfax City and Lorton. Park is on the left just past the prison and before the Occoquan River Bridge and the Lakeridge area. Follow parking directions. Alternate: 95 South from the Capitol Beltway and exit at 123 North. Just over the Occoquan Bridge the park entrance will be to the right. Please follow parking directions.
South Run Park
From the Beltway: Take the Beltway to I-95 South and take the Route 644 west (Old Keene Mill Road) exit. Continue on Old Keene Mill Road for approximately 5 miles until you reach Huntsman Blvd. Turn left on Huntsman and go approximately 2 miles until you reach the Fairfax County Parkway (7100) . Turn right on the Fairfax County Parkway and the park is 500 yards on your left. There is a traffic light at the entrance to the park which is Reservation Drive.
Take Capital Beltway I-495, to I- 95 South to the Springfield exit. Take Keene Mill Road (644) west for 5 miles and turn left on Huntsman Blvd (half a mile past Rolling Road). Proceed 2 miles to the second stop sign and turn right on Fairfax County Parkway (7001). Park entrance is 500 yards on the left.
From I-66 - Take I-66 to the Fairfax Country Parkway (Route 7100) towards Springfield. Continue past exits for Rte 29, Rte 123, and Lee Chapel Road to a traffic light at Reservation Road. Turn right into the park.
