2009 Fall Ball
- Games are on every Saturday starting on September 12th and running through October 31st
- September 5th is open for local games (not on schedule)
- The team managers should contact each other during the week prior to their game to confirm time, location, and umpire arrangements
- The manager of the home team is responsible for calling the game due to weather or field conditions and contacting the visiting team manager
- The team managers of a cancelled game have the option to reschedule a make-up game. They also have the responsibility to make all of the arrangements for a rescheduled game.
- The Home Team is responsible for making arrangements for umpires as necessary.
- If all of a team's games are scheduled as the visitor (i.e. no home field), the visitor team will pay for 1/2 of the umpires fees.
- The Home Team is responsible for providing the game balls.
Fall Ball Rules
Unless specified below, Fall Ball will follow the 2009 Little League Official Regulations and Playing Rules (Green Book). Regular season not tournament.
Slide or avoid
Wood bats allowed - no big barrel bats
No 10 run rule
Runner does not have to stop at first on a walk
Courtesy runners are allowed for catchers for all ages
No pitch counts
Special Rules for 7-8 Fall League
The coaches will pitch.
10 players maximum in the field.
The batting order will consist of all players attending the game. Each player will take their turn at bat even if they are not presently in the defensive line-up.
Players must play a minimum of 6 defensive outs.
The inning ends for the team that is batting when the defensive team gets three outs or the team at bat scores five runs.
RIF5 balls only
Have to use a catcher
Non-umpired
Special Rules for 9-10 Fall League
The batting order will consist of all players attending the game. Each player will take their turn at bat even if they are not presently in the defensive line-up.
Players must play a minimum of 6 defensive outs.
The inning ends for the team that is batting when the defensive team gets three outs or the team at bat scores five runs.
A pitcher may pitch no more than two innings in a game
7 run lead - no stealing bases (including wild pitches and past balls)
Need someone to call balls / strikes / outs (volunteer/coach/umpire)
Special Rules for 11-12 Fall League
The batting order will consist of all players attending the game. Each player will take their turn at bat even if they are not presently in the defensive line-up.
Players must play a minimum of 6 defensive outs.
A pitcher may pitch no more than two innings in a game
Each team must pitch a minimum of two complete innings using 11 year old pitchers
The "special pinch runner" rule is not to be used in Fall Ball
10 run lead - no stealing bases (including wild pitches and past balls)
The home team must supply at least one umpire for the game (does not have to be badged, just qualified)
Special Rules for 13-15 Fall League
The batting order will consist of all players attending the game. Each player will take their turn at bat even if they are not presently in the defensive line-up.
No balks will be called
Players must play a minimum of 6 defensive outs.
A pitcher may pitch in no more than three innings in a game. 15 year-olds two innings per game
Teams may pitch no more than two complete innings using 15 year-old pitchers
The home team must supply at least one umpire for the game. The umpire does not have to be a certified high school or A.S.A. official.

Green book rules only.
