- The Parents of The Gymnastics Company is a not-for-profit organization that was formed to both help parents offset some of the costs associated with the sport of gymnastics, and to provide scholarship money to aid deserving families in need of financial help for their child(ren)'s gymnastics associated expenses. Families participating in the organization can volunteer to work at events at the Lucas Oil stadium. In turn, they will earn money that will go into their account at The Gymnasics Company. This money can be used for any gymnasics expense that originates at TGC.
- Participation in The Parents of The Gymnasics Company is available to ANY family with a child enrolled in classes at The Gymnastics Company.
- Below are the requirements for volunteering at the events at Lucas Oil Stadium for The Parents of The Gymnastics Company:
- Participants must be at least 16 years old to volunteer
- Anyone 16-20 years old MUST bring a photo ID to all events
- Anyone 21 years old + MUST purchase a liquor permit for $15.00. This permit is good for two years. The application can be obtained by clicking here.
- There is a binder located at the front desk of TGC that has all of the Lucas Oil Stadium events in it. You may sign up for events in this binder.
- If you can not work on a day you have signed up for, you are REQUIRED to find your own replacement. There are alternates listed at the bottom of each page.
- One no call/no show can terminate your ability to volunteer at further events for The Parents of The Gymnastics Company
- TIPS Training is required. This should have been completed during the summer (2009). If you need TIPS training, please contact Mason Gallmeyer at the email address below for information on available classes.

Helpful Information for Lucas Oil Stadium Volunteers
1. Uniform: White shirt (short or long sleeve), Black Pants (no holes or tears, not faded. Cannot be denim or sweat pants), dark or black shoes (can be tennis shoes). Long hair must be tied back.
2. Report area: On the north west corner of Lucas Oil Stadium (Missouri and South Street) is an old 1 story garage building (in lot 3). That will be your check in where you will receive your uniform, wrist band and other check in information. Centerplate (food service management company) will have your name with our group sign in sheet. Employee entrance is the North West Corner of the stadium.
3. Liquor License. You must have with you at each event. Every event we work sells alcoholic beverages. You will not be able to work if you forget it. If you sent it in and have not received it, you may use your receipt as proof of purchase up to 30 days.
4. Our stand is #108. Report there once entering Lucas Oil Stadium. It is located behind the seating section with the same number.
