UPDATE 4/24 TO BABY AVA SWAIM (NIECE TO COACH KIM & AMY)

We would like to start out by saying thank you to all who have prayed and has shown concern for baby Ava. After spending the week in the hospital baby Ava had all test come back negative for the problem that was the most concern. We don't understand all the medical terms as one of the problems they were testing for only 25 cases have ever been documented in the USA. At the beginning we were told that there were two possibilities that could be causing her problem with the tumors and one would require a trak to help her breath, again we don't know all of the terms they are telling us we just knew it was bad. Since the test came back negative she can now be treated with medication and her hospital stay has now been extended through Saturday. This is good news and we would like all to continue your thoughts and prayers that baby Ava will continue to improve.

BABY AVA SWAIM (NIECE TO COACH KIM & AMY)

About a month ago baby Ava Swaim was a new addition to the Swaim family which is Coach Kim and Amy's maiden name. She is the daughter of their brother, David Swaim who lives in Ft. Worth, TX. Many of you know Grandma Al, from seeing her around the gym so much as she attends high school meets and comes to pick up our kids, Abby, Khloe and Austyn from time to time. She is visiting with David in Texas this week and called home to give us some news which we are all concerned about, baby Ava was born with three tumors on her face and are now causing her some great difficulty. This coming Monday, April 20th she will be placed in the hospital for 4 days for testing and depending on the results may have to have a trake put in for breathing. We are asking all that here this message to pray for baby Ava and the family needs all the support they can get as they try to make sense of why this new baby is suffering. If you would like to let David, Monica and baby sis, Mia know that you are from TGC and that you are praying for them, you may send them an email at:

mondav100502@yahoo.com

Thank you for keeping us in your prayers,
