16 purple - Won Gold lexington, Ky april 27th,
16 purple - lost in the gold final Hendersonville, NC may 4/5th

IT HAS BEEN A FANTASTIC SEASON FOR US AS A CLUB WITH - MANY, MANY HIGH PLACE FINISHES IN GOLD AND SILVER ROUNDS WE WERE ABLE TO BRING HOME 13 GOLD FINISHES AS A CLUB.... WAY TO GO !!!! SUPER PROUD OF THE CLUB ( ALL PLAYERS, COACHES AND PARENTS) this kind of success could not happen with out the suppport of everyone AND were not finished we still have several tourneys!!!!

Each Year we bring Reams of paper to the YWCA - we have been asked again to donate paper. We receive a GREAT deal at the YWCA which keeps me from charging you more for rent. So Please- you will be hearing from your team rep to donate to the Y - 4 reams of paper...

Winter is here - INCLEMENT WEATHER - Please use your judgement. Many of our players live in county areas and may get more snow or freezing rain than Bristol - we may still have practice, but if you can't make it - we understand - please make sure you contact both team rep and Coach to advise... Also, we have young drivers, if weather is bad please bring your daughter to practice if the roads are driveable instead of her missing it...

If you have Candle Money out, it has been added to your Jan. 1st Dues... Also, I have most of the teams tourney schedule complete, some are still adding a tourney here and there so your jan. payment may also include your tournament overages that have been confirmed. Once all hotels are booked we will add up any possible overages and that will be added to fees most likely in Febuary. Once all Tournaments and Hotels booked we will make a final review for any possible errors in fees.
CANDLE SALES - - Tina still has candles available if you would like to take advantage of this great fundraiser. Many have been able to completely offset the cost of their fees through this option. If you have candle money to turn in, Tina will be at the defensive clinic tonight.

2012-2013 scholarship programs: Please write a letter in detailing explaining what needs you have, we will go over and let you know our decision on who receives scholarship - we have full and partial available!

we are requesting a donation for these lesson clinics to help with gym rentals / church sponsorships / school sponsorships- we were able to donate to several girls volleyball teams this year including vance volleyball, sullins volleyball, academy at king volleyball, we donated nets and court maintenance to Hickory Hollow sand court! Also equipment needed ball/carts/ball bags/ emergency kits extra socks/shorts several uniforms for girls who could not afford!!! ... and our scholarship program for our student athletes!!! we have been able to give out many many scholarships this year we helped out over 19 athletes to play club who would not have been able to! Thank you to you all for your support!! - 2011-2012 we were able to have clinics every week because of all donations year round - it enabled us to pay rent and bring coaches in more often to help with skills!!! - thank you!!!
*** Also this year we were able to sponsor 15 National team to florida, we sponsored a 18 team to a National Qualifier!!!
