PLEASE CHECK THE HANDOUTS SECTION:
I HAVE ATTACHED THE PROGRAM AD SALES COST SHEET AS WELL AS THE ETIQUETTE SHEET IN THE HANDOUT SECTION. THESE FORMS WILL HELP YOU KNOW HOW TO SELL THE ADS AND WHAT TO SAY. BE SURE YOU READ OVER THEM CAREFULLY. EACH OF YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO MEET YOUR FUNDRAISING OBLIGATION OF $350 PRIOR TO THE START OF THE SEASON.
REMINDERS:
1-BE PROFESSIONAL AND DRESS NEATLY (USE THE GUIDELINES). DO NOT CALL OVER THE PHONE UNLESS YOU KNOW SOMEONE PERSONALLY. GO IN PERSON, BRING A PROGRAM FROM A PREVIOUS YEAR TO SHOW THEM WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE! THIS WILL HELP YOU SELL IT!!!
2-ALL ADS MUST ALREADY BE EDITED AND TURNED IN ON A CD
3-WHEN YOU TURN IN YOUR AD, YOU MUST HAVE THE MONEY ASSOCIATED WITH THAT AD.....(NO EXCEPTIONS)
4-PLEASE HAVE YOUR NAME WRITTEN ON YOUR AD WHEN TURNED IN SO WE KNOW WHO TO GIVE THE CREDIT.
5- ALL ADS NEED TO BE TURNED IN BY AUGUST 1, 2011
