The Torrance Panthers, Redondo Beach Sea Hawks and Palos Verdes programs have all had a long standing reputation for placing integrity above all other concerns to ensure the safety of the children. With that in mind, the three associations voted unanimously to end their relationship with the Pacific Coast Conference and will be partnering to start a new football and cheer conference, Southern California Conference (SCC) which is affiliated with Pop Warner Football & Cheerleading. Here the children will be able to compete in an environment that values integrity and promotes safety for the children.
