Tanglewood Athletic Association: SPRING 2012 Divisions
This league is for 4 to 6 year old children. For Spring 2009, players must turn 4 no later than 4/30/09, and must not turn 7 before 5/1/09.
ROOKIE - AAA
This is a league for 7 and 8 year olds and incorporates the use of a pitching machine. This division is an "instructional" league. For Spring 2009, players must not turn 9 before 5/1/09.
MINORS
46' Pitching Distance - 60' Baseline
This league is for 9 and 10 year olds and gives players their first experience with live pitching. For Spring 2009, players must not turn 11 before 5/1/09.
MAJORS
50' Pitching distance- 70' Baseline
This league is for 11 and 12 year old players. For Spring 2009, players must not turn 13 before 5/1/09.
JUNIORS
60'Pitching Distance - 90' Baseline
The junior division is for 13, 14, and 15 year old players. For Spring 2007, players must not turn 16 before 5/01/09.
TRAVELBALL
Travel Baseball was created by to provide a higher level of competition for talented and motivated baseball players and families who are willing to commit a great deal of time to the improvement of their skills in a team focused environment. Teams will work hard to win games, but winning will never become more important than teamwork and good sportsmanship. Tanglewood's Travel
