Shark Tank Schedule
Our indoor practice schedule is as follows: Mondays: Pitchers & catchers, 6:30-7:30 Thursdays: Team, 5:30-7:00 / Pitchers & catchers, 7:00-8:00 Saturdays: Team, 10:00-11:45 / Pitchers & catchers, 11:45-12:30 As always, pls let me know if the girls will not be there. yc's
The Hard Work Begins . . .
It's time to begin our journey towards another successful year of Shark softball! We hope everyone has enjoyed the time off and are ready to start working hard again. Many great things lie ahead of you. But as you know, it won't come easy. Now is when we prepare. It's up to each and every one of you to bring the great attitudes and dedication that we know you have. Focus on what we need to do. Think about goals and what you want to accomplish this year, both as a team and individually. We will be talking about them soon. The bar has been raised yet again, ladies. Let's go get it! yc's

RightView Pro (RVP) - The 10 Step Process
We will be picking up where we left off last season with RVP. You need to memorize these steps. They now should be instilled in your normal hitting routines. But don't worry, we'll help you remember. As a reminder, here are the 10 Steps: 1. Stance 2. Negative Movement 3. Positive Movement 4. Toe Touch 5. Heel Plant 6. Alignment 7. Bat Lag 8. Contact 9. Extension 10. Finish Aside from our practices, you can be working on this at home, with or without a bat. Just remember, if you're using a bat make sure you have plenty of room so nobody gets hurt. As always, wear your helmet when a bat is in your hands. Keep working hard, ladies! |
