2009 New Jersey Youth Soccer Forms for Coaches and Team Parents
The state of New Jersey requires ALL Traveling coaches and assistant coaches to complete Coach Membership forms yearly. Even if you coached last year, you must complete it again for this year! To download a copy of the 2009 NJYS Coach Membership Form, click here.

"F" License Courses
An F License is REQUIRED to coach traveling teams (U-9 and above). Courses are offered throughout New Jersey. For more information you can go to the New Jersey Youth Soccer Web page at http://www.njyouthsoccer.com/.
If you would like to attend a course, please call the person listed as the Contact on the NJYS website. The course is nine hours, 3 hours of classroom instruction on Friday evening and 6 hours of field experience on Saturday. The cost of the class is $30 per student, which will be refunded by the Swedesboro-Woolwich Soccer Association, if you coach one of our teams. While there is no testing requirement for this course, practice sessions may be evaluated.
