TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 1 - PLAYOFFS BEGIN! At Town Hall Field (above), Babylon Town Supervisor STEVE BELLONE joined the American Playoff festivities He threw an 'opening pitch', and greeted (Bulldogs manager) BOB RAY, and TONY PASSARETTI, JR. * * A complete group of pics from Babylon and Smithtown on Sept 1 are posted in ALBUMS tab on the left! * * At Brady Field in Smithtown (below), more VIPs attended to kick off the National Playoffs Smithtown's own (Town Clerk) VINNY PULEO, (Council Member) ED WEHRHEIM, and (Supervisor) PAT VECCHIO posed with Teams Patriots and Greys, and each threw an opening pitch!

Thank you so much to the dignitaries that attended our Playoffs!

August 11, 2008 - Remembering a respected and beloved softball player

Teammates, friends and the extended family of Angelo Ragone together retired his jersey and the number 9. The teams then split a commemorative doubleheader. Very fitting.
