League Board Meetings every 2nd Wed of the Month
There are changes this year to the league. If you have questions or concerns, please come to Board meeting. Board meetings are held every second Wednesday of the month at the Suffield Police Station at 6:30PM. Don't be one of those parents that complains to everybody else... come share your concerns to the board; otherwise we have no way of hearing you.
No Dogs, No Cats... that means everybody...
Please remember to leave your PETS at home when coming to Suffield Little League. Pets are not allowed anywhere inside the Christian Field Complex. Thank you for your understanding and kind cooperation. This is for the safety of others and is part of Suffield Little League's SAFETY CODE. Please leave your pets at home. Those found violating this policy will be asked to bring their pets home or placed in their car.

Suffield Little League Seats New Board of Directors for 2013
On September 27th the Suffield Little League held its annual membership meeting to discuss the past season and hold elections for open board positions. Please welcome the following new board members: Treasurer - Keith Pixton; Secretary - Michael Marmo; Safety Officer - Diane Ferrari; Fund Raising Coordinator - Paul LoVoi. The following positions remained filled by current board members: President - Chip Dyer; Baseball Vice-President - Wayne Lancioni; Softball Vice-President - Gina Martin-Ryan; Baseball Player Agent - Dan Tapper; Softball Player Agent - Jen Bombard; Maintenance Director - George Krar; Information Officer - Mike Zolciak; Equipment Manager - Brett Armstrong; Food Booth Coordinator - Donna Dyer; and Past President - John Kulas. Also returning is Umpire Coordinator - Rob Flynn.
Many thanks to the outgoing board members for their many years of service: Secretary - Jim Danise; Safety Officer - Roxann Mankouski; Treasurer - John Bartley; and Fund Raising Coordinator - Franco Frare.
We are looking for additional volunteers to help with several non-elected positions like League Coordinators for each division, Fund Raising assistants and field maintenance assistants. If you could spare some time to help improve our children's program, we would gladly welcome your help. Please contact us or drop by the next board meeting.
We have an immediate need for volunteers to help with our annual fall cleanup of Christian Field on Saturday, November 3rd. We need people with carpentry skills, "yard-work" skills like light raking and wheel-barrow work, and generally, just some helping hands. Nothing too strenuous, but the more help we have the easier it will be for everybody.
Have any suggestions or want to volunteer? Board meetings are held the 2nd Wednesday of the month and all are welcome to attend. Meeting locations vary, so check the website for the location of the next Board meeting.
For more information, please visit our website at SuffieldLittleLeague.com or join us on Facebook at facebook.com/SuffieldLL. Online registration for Spring Baseball and Softball will open in early January. Registration is open for boys and girls.
SLL Cost Per Player
For those who wonder about where the entry fee goes, see the chart below.
It cost about $145 per player to run the league last year. We cover those costs with a combination of entry fees, team and outfield sign sponsors, and fund raising.

Proof of Residency Requirements
At any time during the season, parents/legal guardians for all players
must present 3 proofs or residency dated prior to February 1, 2012 if
requested by the league. Acceptable proofs of residency include such
items as a driver's license, auto registration, bank statement,
insurance bill, mortgage statement, or utility bill. Note that 3
utility bills will count as only one proof.
