STRIKERS Soccer Club: Welcome

From our family to yours we would like to wish you all a blessed 2015!  Happy New Year!

Since the Spring of 2007  it has been our greatest honor to serve the players and parents of the west valley.  Over the years more than 2,500 players have participated in our program.  Many of our families considered STRIKERS their home away from home, having each of their children play in our program year after year.  Our efforts to provide the best possible recreational soccer experience have not been without significant personal sacrifice by our family and those closest to the program that put so much time and energy into its success.  Now that our children have aged out of our program and our lives are taking us in different directions, its time to make some changes.  While I know change can sometimes be difficult,  I've agonized over this decision for many, many months wanting to make sure our STRIKERS families have the best possible option available to them.  While I know that no other program will be quite like STRIKERS I feel very strongly that the folks at AYSO Region 225-FAR WEST, will do their very best to make our STRIKERS' players and their families feel at home.  While I won't be directly responsible for the day to day operations at AYSO I have been offered a position on their Board of Directors to help with the transition.  As you read this I would very much like to encourage you to visit the AYSO website and consider registering for the upcoming season.  Clicking on the "AYSO Region 225 Spring Registration" tab on the left will take you to the AYSO website to help you get registered for the new season.

Respectfully,

Dennis

CORTE SIERRA FIELD

Parking!  Parking!  Parking!

Please be forewarned...

The Avondale Police Department DOES NOT tolerate curbside parking on Osborne Rd.

For the SAFETY of our players we ask that you not park curbside in the parking lot either....there is a lot of traffic in the parking lot closest to the field with after school program students being picked up.  The last thing we would want to see is one of our players darting out between two curbside parked cars and getting hit...

IF IT IS NOT A MARKED PARKING SPACE...

YOU SHOULD NOT PARK THERE!
