As one of the premier softball organizations in all of Southern California, the Strike Force softball organization prides itself in recruiting only the finest athletes.

The Strike Force selection process includes a complete evaluation of each player's softball skills, attitude, effort and willingness to learn.

With so many athletes seeking an opportunity to wear the red and black uniform, only those athletes capable of demonstrating the qualities mentioned above, will be asked to become a part of the Strike Force winning tradition.
