• Children registered during REGULAR registration will be assigned to a team based upon the town draft procedure.
• Children registered AFTER regular registration ends will be assigned in a random fashion based upon age/grade, team sizes/equity, and school placement (clinic only).  SPECIFIC REQUESTS FOR PLACEMENT BASED UPON COACH, PRACTICE DAY, OR TEAMMATE PREFERENCE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
• Cancellation/withdrawal of the child's registration prior to the draft will be reimbursed in full.
• Cancellation/withdrawal of the child's registration after the draft will be reimbursed minus the state insurance fee.
• Cancellation/withdrawal of the child's registration after the first day of the season will not be reimbursed.

Spring soccer is scheduled to start Sunday April 11. The last regular-scheduled game is May 23, with June 6 available for rain-date makeups. 

Regular registration for the Spring 2010 Town Soccer season is open until Saturday October 31 at midnight. Thereafter, late fees will apply.

Late registered players are not guaranteed a spot.

Important Note!

If you are registering yourself as a coach as well as registering your child(ren) to play, you must process them as two separate registrations. Register your child(ren) and checkout, then register yourself and checkout. If you register yourself together with your child(ren), one or more registrations may not be properly added to the database. We are working on the problem, but you can avoid the issue by registering yourself separately from your child(ren).

You need to be aware of five other important items when registering your children:

1. Make sure that you have cookies turned on in your browser before registering, to prevent errors (see item below).
2. If you have registered your child(ren) before, please use the userid/password provided on your previous receipt. When you are brought to the Player Information Form, in the paragraph at the top is a link to click if you have a userid. Using this eliminates re-entering information we already have. You can add more players/programs after the first is completed, but before you "checkout".
3. A number of people have mis-typed their email addresses when registering. We use the email addresses to send you important information from time-to-time. Please be very careful when typing the address.
4. Every registration should produce a receipt. Your receipt is your documentation of the successful registration of your child(ren). If, for any reason, you do not get a receipt (you will get one on-screen, as well as one e-mailed to the address supplied), please send a note to us at stonehamsoccer@yahoo.com and let us know. We will then verify whether or not the registration succeeded, and we can send a duplicate receipt. Please do not wait until the end of registration to contact us! The sooner we can clear any issues up, the better.
