TCY Swimming: Safety
1. No Horseplay allowed
2. No running on deck at any time
3. No running or walking in gutters
4. FEET FIRST ENTRY at all times at the
shallow end.
5. Feet first entry in deep end unless
working on starts and supervised by coach.
6. All swimmers should have a water bottle
7. No food or glass on deck.
8. All swimmers should stretch 5-10 minutes
prior to and after practice.
9. Use of dryland equipment permitted only
under direct coaches supervision.
10. No sitting on lane lines.
