Congratulations TCY National Team

Congratulations to the 2008 TCY Swimming National Team.

This years nationals provided our kids a tremendous opportunity to compete against the best swimmers in YMCA swimming from across the country representing 221 teams with over 1600 swimmers.

Experience is what this years meet was for our kids and the ability for many of our kids to compete in events at the national level is critical for each swimmers future growth and development.

This was the 18 consecutive year TCY Swimming has qualified swimmers to attend the national championships and every year has provided a great experience and opportunity for our kids.

Many times kids don't realize how special it is to qualify for this meet but they are the best of the best throughout the country.

Our entire team did a very good job throughout the season and we saw great improvements and as long as the kids understand that everyday can make a difference they will endure continued success.  They must work though each and every opportunity and take nothing for granted the season is long but we must be "Strong to the Finish":)

Click on the underlined title above and it will bring you to the Flo Swimming website where there are many great video's of this years national champions and there races.

Thanks to all of the parents, coaches and kids for making the short course season another great one.
