You can find the following files by either clicking on the Meet Information link below or by going to our "Meet Results and Information" section and looking up the same.

Please review and pay special attention to the "Handouts" regarding warm up and session start times and another "Handout" outlining seating and parking.

 Please note that the morning meet will now begin at 7:00 a.m. and the afternoon meet will begin at 2:15 p.m.

Swimmers are strongly encouraged to bring small fold out chairs as blankets, towels are not permissable to be spread on floors.

Clinic Filling Fast Act Today to secure you spot :) 

The Fitter & Faster Tour has announced they will be making a stop in Easton, Maryland at our very own pool!

We will have three of the top swimmers in the world leading the one-of-a-kind swim event, include; Olympic gold medalists Peter Vanderkaay and Megan Jendrick and U.S. Open Record Holder Nick Thoman.

Kids will have the chances to Learn from the best Hear their stories Hold their medals and of course race the Olympians.

Included in the participation is a gift bag with t-shirt, event program and swim cap. Parents and supporters are also encouraged to attend for free with their swimmers participation.

The event planners have allowed our team first opportunity to sign up, before it sells out.

All group and team fees and Escrow are due on or before November 2, 2009.

 The TCY Kids did a great job in the YMCA National Virtual Meet and I thought our younger age groups really performed great and this was a great benefit to everyone who attended as it got them in the flow of our meets esspecially prior to Opening Gun which is a big meet.

For everyones review I have posted the meet results in the "Meet Results & Information Link" and this is where you will locate all of our meet results for the coming season.  I will also be uploading Championship Qualifiers and Team Records in the section.

Thanks to all of the parents who supported the kids by volunteering in the many capacities on Saturday and we look forward to everyone's continued support as we move through the season.  

Registration information is now listed on our site for your review.

Please click on the : "TCY Swimming Registration "- link below and there are several files within this link with all forms as indicated.

If you are new to TCY Swimming take a minute to review the "How To Join - Quick Tips" handout.  Please note that you will need to set up a tryout for your swimmer by contacting Coach Higley at georgeh@goeaston.net  tryouts will occur at the dates and times noted.  September 18th & 19th.  Once you have contacted Coach Higley please proceed to the next step below and fill out and send in your "Competitive Swimming Registration"

If you are a returning member you need to download and completely fill out the "Competitive Swimming Registration form" along with your Administrative Fee - this needs to be returned to the YMCA of Talbot County on or before September 11, 2009.

Once the Registration forms are received from existing team members they will be placed in swim groups.  Once they are placed in swim groups each family will need to complete and forward the "TCY Swimming 2009-2010 Fee Information Worksheet" and return on or before September 18th, 2009.

For those new members to the team they will be assigned a swim group during there tryout on the 18th or 19th of September.

All participants regardless of there training location need to complete the "Competitive Swimming Registration" and forward with the Administrative Fee as indicated.

The following are the practice times for the 2009-2010 Season *subject to change*

Rays - Mon, Tues, Thurs, 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. warm pool

Stingrays - Mon, Tues, Thurs, 5:30 - 6:30 cool pool

Pre Senior - Mon, Tues, Thurs, 6:30 - 7:30 cool pool, Fri 5:30-6:30 cool pool, Sat. 9-11 am cool pool.

Senior - 6:30-8:00 cool pool, Fri 5:30-6:30 cool pool, Sat. 9-11 am cool pool.

All swimmers who practice with TCY Swimming compete in all C&P dual meets.
