Groups 1 & 2 had a very good first night of practice last night and practice will continue Thursday 5;30-7:30 pm, Friday 5:30-6:30 pm, and Saturday Morning 9-11:00 a.m. for groups 1 & 2.
We reviewed with the group last night pool and team rules and also reviewed the equipment change this year that our group 1 & 2 swimmers will move to Zoomers as there fins.
Coach Higley reminded swimmers that if they have fins in good condition they may want to bring them to Saturday's meeting as there may be another family in need:) Also, swimmers were reminded that they need to have large "permanent" water bottles and these are available locally at Target and Walmart - 32 oz. preferred for these two groups.
