Amecia is one of our youngest certified coaches but as a Starlings Alumna she brings a perspective to the coaching staff that is irreplaceable. She has played volleyball for over 8 years, which includes a year at Alabama State University (D1). At 5'7”, her outside swing and smart play makes her a threat when she steps on the court. Her experience and insight makes her an excellent role model for the young Starlings players. She continues to mature and set the example by choosing to give back to the program and coach our younger girls. She has helped lead our Little Starlings to several top finishes at local tournaments and Starlings Nationals.
