Lee Wagner is Executive Director of Nia House Montessori Preschool in Berkeley and helped to start-up Starlings Volleyball Club Oakland. After supporting his daughter’s efforts in club volleyball during her high school years in Oakland, he recognized the need for an inner-city volleyball club. Lee has been around the game for many years and has gained perspective as parent, coach, and club director.
