League Schedule 

The Express is playing in the youth basketball league at the Sports Booth.  Games will be played twice a week with a total of 6 games.  The schedule can be found on our Calendar Page.


Circuit Training

The Sports Booth Athletic Center is offering circuit training at a rate of $3 an hour, Monday through Thursday.  There is no commitment, it is a pay as you go program.  The training is designed to improve explosion, speed, strength, and core.
