NOMINATING COMMITTEE
|
|
Committee consists of three (3) Directors. Committee shall investigate and consider eligible candidates and submit at the annual meeting a slate of candidates for the Board of Directors. Committee may also submit for consideration by the Board of Directors a slate of Officers and Committee Members.

PROTEST COMMITTEE
|
|
Committee consists of President, Vice President, Director of Umpires and one other Director who is not a manager, coach or umpire. If the Vice President or Director of Umpires are involved in the game under protest they must disqualify themselves from hearing that particular protest. Under such conditions, the President shall appoint another Director as an alternate. The committee shall meet and resolve any protest within three days of the receipt of the official notice of the same.

FINANCE COMMITTIES
|
|
Committee consists of President, Treasurer, and three (3) other Directors. Shall investigate ways and means of financing the league including team sponsorships and submit recommendations. The committee shall annually review the records and accounts and file a statement of their findings with the annual financial statement of the league.

RULES COMMITTEE
|
|
Committee consists of not more than seven (7) Directors and to include a Commissioner or Manager from each playing division and a Player Agent. Shall annually review all local rules of play and when deemed appropriate, recommend new or revised rules of play. Committee shall not less than thirty (30) days prior to the player draft, submit a written draft of the proposed local rules for approval by the board.

CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWS COMMITTEE
|
|
Board elected in October of every even numbered year shall appoint this committee consisting of President, Vice President, Secretary, and other Directors.
|
|
POST-SEASON TOURNAMENT COMMITTEE
|
|
Committee consists of President, Vice President, Player Agents and two (2) other Directors. Shall solicit and appoint managers and coaches of record for ALL tournament teams and oversee the player selection process.
|
Any conflicts of interest will be resolved by the person disqualifying themselves for that division and having an alternate appointed by the President.
