Other Information:
Teams must bring their Tournament Affidavits, medical releases and any other pertinent information required by Little League. These items will be checked upon your arrival.
Warm-ups will be allowed before each game for each team on the diamond directly behind your designated game diamond.
All game times are subject to change due to weather.
All line-ups must be given to game announcer 30 minutes prior to each game.
It will be mandatory for all teams to participate in the picnic, pictures, and opening ceremonies in uniform.
Please note: Entry to the Belleville Softball Complex is attained off Mayflower Road Only!! The address of ___________ is given only if you wish to utilize MapQuest.
It has been our practice for players to trade pins as they are announced. Please try to bring an adequate amount.
We will be selling hamburgers, hot dogs, and Indiana sweet corn during the tournament.

Hotel Information
We will be using the Quality Inn (formerly Holiday Inn) (515 Dixieway North, South Bend, Indiana 46637, 574-272-6600) for teams and as headquarter for this tournament. Choice Hotels is a sponsor of Little League and is providing our teams a discount ($64.95 plus tax per night) plus a portion (10-15%) of the fees go back to Little League. They are allowing at least four to stay per room. This includes a continental breakfast. 5 rooms have been blocked per team for the teams, and these rooms not reserved with your credit card by 6:00 pm Wednesday, July 26, will be opened for anyone else wishing to stay. These rooms are are reserved under the name "District 11 Little League", and you are to give them the name of your State in order to book your rooms. Parents and fans will also be able to book the rooms for $64.95 per night plus tax as available, but they will need to make their own reservations. They need to tell the clerk they are with the tournament teams. As to umpires, your rooms are reserved under District 11 Little League and your respective names. Quality Inn: 574-272-6600
