To all participants in the 2008 Senior Softball Central Regional Tournament:
Pictures for teams will be at Chet Waggoner Little League, and times will be assigned at Check-in for the team pictures.
Moose Lodge, also known as the Firefighter's Lodge, discussed above, is located at 4025 Lincolnway West in South Bend, just east of the Airport.
The Mandatory Coaches and Managers Meeting will take place at the Moose Lodge. The Umpires Meeting will follow immediately after the Coaches and Managers Meeting, also at Moose Lodge.
There are still some additional rooms available, and as of July 22, 2008, these are as follows:
The Sleep Inn said that they don't have any more rooms, but you may want to call the motel and speak to the manager and say you are with the Little League tournament. Umpire rooms are already reserved at this facility.
Red Roof Inn 574-271-4800 1325 E. University Ave. They have seven rooms (1 double, 3 kings with pullout couch, Universal room that has a King with a pullout chair (Twin bed).
Comfort Suites (5640. N. Main Mishawaka 574-247-4000): 4 Smoking King size rooms with a pull out couch bed.
Waterford Estates: 4 rooms with Queen and pull out chair (single bed) 52890 SR933, South Bend, 574-272-5220
Super 8 Motel (535 W. University Dr, Mishawaka (574-247-0888)) starting on Thurs - Sunday have 4 doubles available.

Other Information:
Teams must bring their Tournament Affidavits, medical releases and any other pertinent information required by Little League. These items will be checked upon your arrival.
Warm-ups will be allowed before each game for each team on the diamond directly behind your designated game diamond.
All game times are subject to change due to weather.
All line-ups must be given to game announcer 30 minutes prior to each game.
It will be mandatory for all teams to participate in the picnic, pictures, and opening ceremonies in uniform.
Please note: Entry to the Belleville Softball Complex is attained off Mayflower Road Only!! The address of 1300 South Mayflower is given only if you wish to utilize MapQuest.
It has been our practice for players to trade pins as they are announced. Please try to bring an adequate amount.
We will be selling hamburgers, hot dogs, and Indiana sweet corn during the tournament.
