Hope to see you all there!!!

Thank you for a great 2009 and we look forward to an even better season in 2010.  Be ready for the 2nd annual Spokane North and Mead Winter Clinic that will be held in January of 2010. We will have the only rotational hitting instructor in Inland Northwest trained by the Mike Epstein hitting organization (www.mikeepsteinhitting.com). Registration will open Nov. 15 on line (we are redoing the active.com website registration so we will have to wait until the 15th to start registration, sorry for the delay), details will be coming soon.  Registration for 2010 Spring baseball will open January 1, 2010.

Please be aware there are "travel team" groups that are out recruiting players.  Some of these groups are charging high amounts to pad their own pockets and provide very little instruction.  Please fully check out any group that approaches you or call us and we can tell you which groups we recommend and which do not have our recommendation.  Any group that has been identified as one that tries to recruit our young players will not be allowed to play in our fall league.

Additionally, Spokane North and Mead will be offering our own travel teams in 2010 to provide a safe outlet to play more ball, get quality instruction, avoid the constant recruiting and keep the costs as low as possible (since we are not in it to make money four ourselves).  Look for tryouts in early 2010.

We are looking actively for businesses or people (YOU! can help) that can help with construction of baseball fields.  If you know a business or person that can donate in-kind material/labor or a monetary donation please call 465-0724.  We need: fencing, excavation, building construction, landscaping, sprinkler systems, concrete work, asphalt work and much more.

All donations are tax deductible.
