18U Gold SoCal Spoilers Fastpitch Softball: History
The "Spoilers" team originated in May, 2000 with Head Coach, Bill Baker, and five of his previous 1999 Pony National Championship players.
We entered our first season as a 14U team and placed respectfully in several of the tournaments. We knew then that we had was something special.
In Sept. 2000, we were fortunate to add on a few new promising additions to the team, at which time we moved up to 16U for the winter season. Once again, we stood our ground, giving us high expectations for our 2001 summer season.
Our team is filled with talented young ladies who are willing to work hard, listen and learn. Our coaching staff and parent participation is 2nd to none, as shown by their loyality and committment to this team and our girls.
Our goal was to find the right combination. We have succeeded, thanks to all of you!
