Hawks drop a close 1-0 game
The Hawks Lost a close one to the Rockets on Friday night. Backed by the great Goaltending of Adam the Hawks played their style of game and almost pulled one off. The hawks started off the night with only 3 subs on the bench. At this point in the season the boys can skate all day with anyone due to the short bench but with only 3 subs they would need to play almost perfect. The lone goal was scored off a screen from the point. The Hawks are usully pretty good about coving the point, but with a man down the shots kept coming until one went in with the penalty expireing. The Hawks had a great chance in the third to put one in but hit the cross bar. A very close game with shots 30 to 21.
