Big Week Ahead
Hello and Merry Christmas to everyone:For those of who braved the weather this morning (12/23) just to find out that the gym had no power, I'm sorry. I tried to reach a few of you that I knew it would be ok to call early.For those of you that slept in, were ill or are on vacation, count yourself lucky - it is cold out there.We learned a big lesson yesterday when the 6th grade played the Bolingbrook Panthers - we need to be prepared for a full court press during the entire game. We need to work on it on Thursday (12/27).As a reminder, next week is a very busy one for us.

On Thursday, December 27th both the 5th and 6th grade will practice at St. John's from 4pm to 6pm.

On Friday, December 28th, the 5th grade plays at 5pm against the Bloomingdale Blue Devils at Illinois Basketball Academy (IBA) (Court 4). Illinois Basketball Academy (IBA) is located at 460 Industrial Drive, Naperville, IL 60563. If the 5th grade wins the first game they will play at 3pm, 5pm and 7pm on Saturday, December 29th at Illinois Basketball Academy. If the 5th grade loses the game on Friday, they play at 9am, 11am and 1pm at Illinois Basketball Academy.

On Friday, December 28th, the 6th grade plays at 6pm against MBA Select 2 at Harper Community College (Court 4). Harper Community College is located at 1200 W. Algonquin Road, Palatine, IL 60067. They also play at 8pm against either the SC Storm or the Schaumburg Saxons. Depending on the outcomes of the games on Friday, the 6th grade will play at noon, 1pm, or 5pm at either Harper Community College or Fremd High School on Saturday, December 29th. Fremd High School is located at 1000 S Quentin Rd, Palatine, IL 60067.

On Sunday, December 30th, both the 5th grade and 6th grade will play the Lincoln-Way Xplosion at the Lincoln-Way East Fieldhouse. The 5th grade will play two games, at 6pm and 8pm, with the 6th grade playing the middle game from 7pm – 8pm.
