Speed & Agility John Daulbaugh
I was a sprinter for eight years and have been a personal trainer since 2006 certified through the ISSA (the International Sports Sciences Association.) My training philosophy revolves around functional training, where every movement focuses on improving the power output of each athlete. The intensity level that I push my athletes to is beyond what the average player reaches therefore putting them ahead of their peers.
As a club for this upcoming year we will be doing our winter workouts at the Diamond Training Center in Sumner. This facility is state of the art, and the Hurricanes have a 12 month agreement for use of the facility.
Our practice and game fields will be decided on shortly, we will also take into consideration where the majority of the players from each team are coming from.
