Early Bird Registration - Coming Soon!

Welcome all new and returnin players/cheerleaders to our South Pop Warner family!  We are excited to begin preparing for the 2015 season.

 Early Bird Registration will begin February 7th, 2015 @ South Mountain Community Center

212 E. Alta Vista Rd, Phoenix 85042

Time: 10:00 am to 2;00 pm

 

We will be offerig payment plans this year, through our online payment tool to be lauched February 1st.  However, to take advantaage of our early bird and discount specials all payment must be made in full via cash, debit or credit at our on-site registration dates.

 

Bring a friend with your to registraiton that has not played with Pop Warner before, and you both can receive an additional $20 discount during the months of February and March!

 

Other benefits to early registration include: Exclusivee offers from our Pop Warner partnerships, free association clinics, discounted event/camp opportunities and our monthly Arizona Pop Warner Newsletter full of instresting tid bits about scholastics, community events and Arizona's involvment in the communnity.

 

When coming to regsiter please bring your child with you.  This is especially important for those registering for tackle football.  At registraiton you wlll need to bring your childs Birth Certification to register.

We will also require the following items as well to complete your registration:

 

  • 2014-2015 End of Year Report card - this cannt be provided until the school year is complete.
  • Pop Warner Physcial form competed on or after January 1st, 2015 - this cont be completed by a nurse or chriopracter
