Somerset_Jr_Bulldogs: My Default Season Divisions

Flag Football has the following Rules:
1. Play on 60 yard Field
2. 9 player on the field
3. Quarters - 8 minutes
4. Half-time - 10 minutes
5. Time outs - 3 per half

Running clock will be used with the exception of the last 2 minutes of the 2nd and 4th quarters. Clock will be stopped whenever ball is declared dead during the last 2 minutes of the 2nd and 4th quarters and time outs at any time. Game officials will be responsible for keeping time on the field.
