If a student enrolls in a Division I college in 2008 and later he/she must complete 16 of the following required core courses:

· Four years of English
· Three years of mathematics (Algebra I or higher)
· Two years of natural or physical science
· One extra year of English, mathematics or natural/physical science
· Two years of social science
· Four years of extra core courses (from any of the above categories or foreign language, nondoctrinal relig­ion or philosophy)

If a student enrolls in a Division II college in 2005 and later he/she must complete 14 of the following required core courses:

· Four years of English
· Two years of mathematics (Algebra I or higher)
· Two years of natural or physical science
· Two extra years of English, mathematics or natural/physical science
· Two years of social science
· Three years of extra core courses (from any of the above categories or foreign language, nondoctrinal relig­ion or philosophy)
