2009 Volunteers

If you would like to become a member of the Smithfield Little League, please follow the steps below: 

(1) Print out and fill in the Volunteer Form and bring it to the next General Meeting
(2) A copy of your drivers license needs to be handed in with the form
(3) Dues of $15 are also due.  Checks can be made out to "Smithfield Little League"
