Greetings Mr.C! It's me, Wendi White, well was anyway. Now I'm married (20 years now!) with a 15-yr old daughter. I am so glad I found this site! I have so many wonderful memories of being the "Old Lady" and one of the very first Skip-Its! :) Unfortunately I don't have any photos or memorabilia from my years with you to show my daughter (my mom threw everything away that I left behind when I moved out of the house to go to college). But this website will show her just what the Skip-Its have accomplished and their role in promoting fitness! Hope you are well!

Hi Mr. C! You might remember me, but I used to be a Hop-A-Long from Corpus Christi, TX for Betty Murphy and taught a few of your workshops. I went to Iceland & England with you, Mrs. Murphy, and 7 others. That is an experience I will never forget. It is great to hear that you are still coaching. I am 27 years old now with a 5 1/2 year old daughter. I found your site looking into getting her on a team or starting a team myself. I think I still have what it takes!! Hope all is well!!

I was so excited to find this site. I was a Skip-It from 1982-1988. I traveled with them and Mr. C and loved it. I was hoping someone could let me know where they practice and when. I would love to take my own two daughters to watch them as they are now interested in jumping rope. I would love for anyone to let me know of future performances as well. For the 6 years I jumped I had a great time. I attended camps at UNC and got the great experience to see places I never would of, if it wasn't for the Skip-Its. Back then it was part of the IRSO and our sponsors were Converse and Addidas. I would love to know how things are now and how they have changed. Kristi (Saccomano) Herman
