As a reminder, Simi Valley Little League  is participating in the 2012 Chevy Youth Baseball Program.  This program benefits SVLL in three ways:

1. Unique league fundraiser where SVLL will keep 100% of the proceeds.

2. FREE baseball clinics in June

3. League sponsorship from Chevy and Wm L Morris Chevrolet

Chevy Baseball Sweepstakes League Fundraiser

Support SVLL by purchasing tickets for a chance to enter and win a 2012 Chevy Equinox or 2012 Chevy Cruze.  SVLL prizes will be awarded for the top three ticket sellers.  A limited number of Chevy Youth baseball t-shirts will be given to ticket sellers on a first come, first serve basis.  The order form is attached below and can be turned into your team mom.  The sweepstakes runs through May 27, 2012.  Tickets are $5.00 and you can enter as often as you want!

Chevy Youth Clinics - June 30, 2012

SVLL players ages 7-13 are eligible to attend one of the two FREE clinics held at Angel Stadium on June 30, 2012. Players will have a rare opportunity to receive free instruction from former MLB/MiLB players and coaches.  Please go to http://www.chevyyouthsports.com/rsvp/to rsvp.  Enter "Los Angeles" for the market and "playball" for the password.  These clinics are on a first-come/first-serve basis so sign up today!

A moratorium has been placed on composite bats in Little League Baseball, but some models have received a waiver. Wooden and aluminum metal/alloy bats are not subject to the moratorium.
