Sheridan Park hosts many sports leagues throughout the year.

Registration - Update
Registration is open on-line and will remain open until all available spots are taken. Please click the "2010 Registration" option on the left menu for on-line registration.
Tuesday, March 9
Dads/Coaches Clinic
Mondays 6-7 pm 3rd floor of Sheridan Park field house.
March 15, 22, 29 & April 5
Run by Dan Willis & Mike Iazzetto -All star team coaches.
We will be covering the mechanics and philosophies behind the skills and drills that we are running
A must for Sheridan Park coaches, assistant coaches and for dads wanting to help their sons improve
The Sheridan Park handbook will be distributed and reviewed.

Monday's 7-9 pm Sheridan Park Field House
March 15, 22, 29, & April 5
Open to Minors & Majors registered for Sheridan Park Baseball
Basic throwing, fielding and hitting instruction
Dads needed to help run drills
Players will be evaluated & rated to assist in fair selection of teams
Will go outside on hockey court, weather permitting (no spikes, please)
Tuesday, March 9
All Star Tryouts
Saturday's 11:30 am-1 pm Sheridan Park Field House
March 20, 27, April 3, 10
Basic practice drills and instruction will be conducted
At least 2 out of the four practices are necessary
The initial team will be announced on April 10 -Draft Day
Additional players may be invited to join team in May or June.

Saturday, April 10 at 1 pm
For Sheridan Park official coaches only
Teams will be posted online and given to coaches by Sunday April 11
Team practices will begin the following week
Competitive league teams will be selected based on fairness and distribution of skills

A team hat and an upgraded jersey will be provided this season
Each player is responsible to provide his/her own baseball pants (basic gray with no stripe-available at most sporting good stores)
