COACH ROGERS!!!!!! IT'S ERICA GOUDE AND MONIQUE BAXTER!!!! WE JUST GOT REALLY EXCITED!!!! WE WERE THE FIRST EVER BEST CROSS COUNTRY RUNNERS EVER.....IN SHELDON HIGH SCHOOL'S HISTORY. AND WE ADDED THE FUN AND EXCITEMENT. HAVE FUN NEXT YEAR. WE MISS YOU.

WOW!!I can't belive that my last year in crosscounty is over. I have been on this amazing team for four years and its now over. im really going to miss comming to practice everyday and getting up at 5 to be on a bus at 6. i really want to say thanks to the coaches for putting up with all my crap these past four years and always pushing me to be my best and not giving up on me...even when i have given up on myself. this team shaped me into a strong willed and hard working young woman. I am very thankful to the whole team because we are a family and it sucks that for some of us its over. I want to say Thank you to everyone on the team past, present, and future for you are keeping this team strong and undefeated in many ways. I love you all and keep the student body proud of you. Im very proud to have been a part of this experience.

HEY HEY!! HUSKIE CROSS COUNTRY!! WELL WITH ONLY TWO WEEKS UNTIL SUB-SECTIONS I WANT TO REMIND YOU TOO TAKE CARE OF YOURSELVES. ALOT OF US HAVE BEEN GETTING SICK AND MISSING PRACTICE. MYSELF INCLUDED. AND I KNOW THE COUCHES WANT YOU TO DO WELL AND SO DO YOU AND YOUR PARENTS. ANYWAYS, IM VERY PROUD TO SAY THAT IM APART OF THIS TEAM YOU GUYS SUPPORT EACHOTHER AND RESPECT EACHOTHER AND TO SOME PEOPLE THAT MEANS ALOT. SO LETS KICK ASS AT SUB-SECTIONS AND AT FINALS!!
