All players need to get more skilled, faster, more agile and stronger.  Here is an opportunity for you to work on these things in the off-season. 

Skills, Speed, Agility and Strength Training - Program Presented By Parisi

Session II (Feb 6 through March 27)  - Every Sat from 10:30-Noon in Parisi West Chester facility.  Cost $235 per player.  45 minutes will be skills training and 45 minutes will be speed, agility and strength training.  Great staff of coaches.

A group of 10 from BSHS will be teamed up with a group of 10 from another high school. 

Session III (April 10 to May 29) - Same program on Saturday except time is from Noon to 1:30pm.

Coach Rohall will be holding indivdual meetings for all players that want to discuss their 2009 season and their development plan for 2010.  If you want such a meeting, E-Mail Coach Rohall no later than the end of this year.  The meetings will be held at the school in January. 

These meetings are NOT required.  It is only for players that want to get the feedback from Coach Rohall.   Below is a list of players who have requested an individual meeting:
