Shalimar LL: Welcome
Shalimar Little League offers Baseball and GirlsÂ’ Fastpitch Softball for youth ages 4-18, serving Shalimar, Ft Walton Beach, Eglin AFB, Hurlburt Fld and Navarre, FL. The purpose of this program is to implant the ideals of good sportsmanship, loyalty, respect for authority and structured competition under the Rules and Regulations of Little League Baseball, Inc. We are located at the corner of 4th Avenue and 8th Street in Shalimar. Click on the menu to the left under Locations for a map.

Our Baseball and Girls'Softball still have a few open slots. Register now and you won't miss even 1 practice. Players ages 4 - 16 years may play. Baseball player's age is determined by cut-off date April 30, 2012 . . . . . Softball is December 31 of 2011.
ONLINE REGISTRATION: You should submit your online registration by clicking on the menu to the left under Online Registration. Once completed, the Registrar will receive notification. This year no "processing fee".

Our League operates under the leadership of a 13 member Board of Directors. Our annual General Membership and Elections Meeting gives our members the opportunity to select the Board for next season. Anyone that is a General Member may vote. All parents, legal guardians and registered volunteers of SLL are General Members.
At Closing Ceremonies the General Membership elected a new Board of Directors for the 2012 season. The Board assumes leadership on October 1, 2011. Here are the Directors for 2012:

Little League International enacted rules concerning composite-barreled bats. Composite-barreled bats for use in the Little League (Majors) Division and below are legal only if they are listed on the approved list from Little League. Little League has created a list for those bats that receive waivers of the moratorium that was enacted on Dec. 30, 2010.
