ROOKIE Division
The ROOKIE division is a learning division for children 6 and under. They will play on Saturdays with the first hour being instructional and the second hour being a game against another ROOKIE division team. Uniforms are provided, sneakers recommended. There is no need for cleats at this age. NOTE: An athletic protector IS REQUIRED for boys and a HEARTGUARD product, although not required, is RECOMMENDED. If you start them on it from the beginning, they will not resist when they get older.
MINOR DIVISION
This division is designed for non-competitive instructional baseball. Managers pitch. Score irrelevant. Teams play twice a week various days.
AA DIVISION
THIS DIVISION IS DESIGNED FOR PLAYERS NOT QUITE READY TO PLAY IN AAA 10 YEAR OLD COMPETITIVE BASEBALL, DUE TO AGE OR SKILLS. THIS DIVISION USES MODIFIED RULES WITH SHORTENED PITCHING DISTANCES. GAMES ARE PLAYED TWICE A WEEK
AAA DIVISION
COMPETITIVE DIVISION FOR MOSTLY 10 YEAR OLD PLAYERS (SOME 9'S). NUMBER OF TEAMS LIMITED TO EIGHT TO INCREASE QUALITY OF PLAY. USING OFFICIAL LITTLE LEAGUE RULES AND DISTANCES THIS IS THE STEP BEFORE THE HIGHEST LITTLE LEAGUE COMPETITION.
MAJOR DIVISION
THE OFFICIAL LITTLE LEAGUE DIVISION FOR 12 AND 11 YEAR OLD PLAYERS. THIS DIVISION HAS A MID-SEASON ALL-STAR GAME. TEAMS PLAY TWICE A WEEK .
JUNIOR DIVISION
THIS DIVISION IS DESIGNED TO INTRODUCE PLAYERS TO OFFICIAL MAJOR LEAGUE DISTANCES.
PLAYER AGES ARE 13 AND 14 YEAR OLD. 14 YEAR OLD PLAYERS PLAYING ON HIGH SCHOOL TEAMS MUST PLAY IN THE SENIOR DIVISION. GAMES ARE PLAYED OPPOSITE THE LOCAL HIGH SCHOOL SCHEDULES.
SENIOR DIVISION
THIS DIVISION IS A HIGHLY COMPETITIVE DIVISION DESIGNED FOR THE 16 AND 15 YEAR OLD PLAYERS TO PLAY WITH MLB DISTANCES.
