MANDATORY MANAGERS MEETING
If you are a team manager or plan on being a team manager there is a mandatory meeting being held on Friday, February 19th at the Rec Center (the large room) from 7 - 9 pm. Missing this meeting may greatly impact you being able to manage so please do not miss it.

Saturday, February 20th 10am to 2pm at Centereach Library - Community Room A&B
Saturday, February 27th 10am to 2pm at Selden Library - Large Meeting Room
WINTER WORKOUT INFO:
Selden Centereach and the Little League of the 3 Villages along with All Pro Sports Academy are offering low cost Training sessions for any child interested in attending.
Dates: Every Saturday starting 1/16 thru 4/3
Times:
5:30pm - 6:30pm (Ages 5 - 12)
6:30pm - 7:30pm (Ages 13 - 16)
Cost: $10 per session, per child

CHAMPIONS!!!
Our Senior Williamsport Team has been on a tear, cutting through the Williamsport Tournament in grand fashion, first by winning the District 35 Championship and then the Section 6 Championship. Now this past weekend they won their first game over Section 2 (Fulton county) and are advancing to the NY State Championship Game.
Tyler Hirt has been fantastic in center field and running the bases and was the Game MVP for the last win. The boys have been hitting up a storm with Josh Johnston putting one off the top of the left field fence (330') for a triple and Thomas Gilestro hitting a game winning double to drive in two runs in a 7 - 5 win. All the boys are doing great and representing SCLL proudly.
More to come on their progress as the team forges forward and looks to advance to the Senior Division World Series in Bangor, Maine.

Welcome to the SELDEN-CENTEREACH LITTLE LEAGUE website. This site is for the enjoyment of our members and their parents. Our goal is an ambitious but important one.......to teach our children how to be GOOD CITIZENS. Of course, we're also here to teach them the fundamentals of the game of baseball....that's the easy part. In this day and age, providing our children with a quality activity and a wholesome environment in which to learn is the difficult part but the leaders of the Selden-Centereach Little League have done just that. They've committed themselves to your children.
There will be many exciting things going on in 2010 so visit this site often to stay informed.
