RICH ARNOTT'S TOP 7 SNF CLASS AA/A RANKINGS THROUGH WEEK FOUR

(1) MONROE-WOODBURY - The Crusaders will try to stay sharp despite not playing their game due to Kingston's forfeit. (2) WASHINGTONVILLE - The Wizards have a wonderful combination going of fine coaching led by Don Clark, a very cohesive offense featuring senior signal-caller Sean Dunnigan, and a defense that has allowed only 28 points through four weeks. (3) MINISINK - The Warriors have similar attributes to Washingtonville and will pay them a visit this week in a game that could determine the AA-II league title. Place-kicker Tom Dawson is a big key. (4) NEWBURGH - Someone has remembered to turn on the ignition switch as the Goldbacks have scored 85 points in the past two games. (5) CORNWALL - The Dragons will keep going strong, awaiting a future big Class A showdown with Saugerties. (6) PINE BUSH - The Bushmen came up with a big win over Middletown, setting themselves up well to earn one of the three playoff spots in AA-I. (7) SAUGERTIES - The Sawyers beat struggling Valley Central by one touchdown as the great offensive showing continued.

TOP 7 SNF CLASS B/C/D RANKINGS THROUGH WEEK FOUR

(1) O'NEILL - The Raiders broke the SNF scoring record (1989-present) for points in one game (78) against Dover. (2) MARLBORO - The Iron Dukes scored 50 against previously unbeaten Red Hook in a B-I biggie. (3) LIBERTY - Like the old Bachman-Turner Overdrive song goes, "Taking care of business (every day), Taking care of business (every way)." (4) SPACKENKILL - Hosts O'Neill in a huge B-II matchup this Saturday. How will coach Clinton DeSouza slow down that high-octane O'Neill offense? (5) BURKE - A clutch goal line stand saved Burke's bacon against Class B New Paltz and gets the Eagles aboard the rankings. (6) RED HOOK - There is no shame in losing to talented Marlboro and will look to beat Class A Goshen under the lights in week five. (7) NEW PALTZ - The offense disappeared at Burke and will try to regain its form against Highland in an old-time rivalry plus B-I league game.

BOO NA-NA'S SNF TREPID WEEK FOUR FORECAST

Boo Na-Na met me at the Goshen Diner for lunch and personally told me his picks for every week four SNF contest. He ordered steak and eggs and claimed THAT as payment for his excellent week three forecasts. So, I had to "football" the bill. Boo went 15-4 on his week four predictions, which we'll admit is "adequate" but still not yet up to championship level. :D
