Coaches Meeting and Clinic at Seattle U
To kick-off the 2010 baseball and softball season, Seattle Central and
Rainier District Little Leagues have teamed up with Seattle University
Baseball and Softball to host an annual coaches meeting and clinic.
After a short mandatory meeting with Little League officials all
coaches are invited to stay and participant in a free coaches clinic provided
by the Seattle University Redhawk baseball and softball programs.
Seattle University Coaches Clinic
Members of the Redhawk baseball and softball teams will be on hand to
demonstrate basic and advanced techniques for teaching:
• Offensive fundamentals
• Defensive fundamentals
• Pitching and catching
• Running an effective practice
All coaches will leave with a packet of materials loaded with ideas and
drills they can use when creating their own practice plans.

SKILLS DAY!!!!
ALL PLAYERS IN MINORS AND MAJORS (both baseball and softball)

These skills days are fun and very low key, they are not try outs! Any softball or baseball player who wants to just check out SCLL can attend the Feb 27th skills day. They can then sign up afterward if they would like to participate.

2010 SCLL REGISTRATION
Boys and Girls - grab your gloves and get ready for the upcoming season of Seattle Central Little League! Sign up is starting NOW all applications MUST be received by Feb. 28th. You can get registration packets by:
1. Sign up online or download an application: www.seattlelittleleague.org.
2. Picking up a copy of the registration form at any local community center (Garfield, Yesler, Miller) or your neighborhood school.
3. If you participated in 2009, forms will be mailed to your last home address the week of January 11th .
4. Register in person at Garfield Community Center on Saturday Feb 27th, 10am-1pm.
4. Please consider making a donation when you register. Our LL fees are extremely reasonable (just $65) and we are proud to offer scholarships to any family that needs it. All kids play at SCLL no matter what! Help us continue this great tradition!
The SCLL boundaries are I-90 north to the Ship Canal and from downtown to Lake Washington (softball players may also reside in the Rainier District LL boundaries, I-90 south to city limits). So tell all your friends, send in a registration and come out to play!
