On Wednsday January 24, 2007, Seaford High School lost a 17 year old student. She wasnt a member of the track team, but I can bet you that she friends with almost everyone on the team. Sam however did run cross country 2 years ago, and she was one of those people that just made you want to run for fun. Even though Sam is not with us physically she will always be here in spirit and watching over us.

So for those of you who don't know yet...there will not be school on Tuesday January 2, 2007 do to the Nation's mourning for President Ford.
Just to keep you all posted our first day back which is now the 3rd, we also have a track meet down at Snow Hill. We will be getting dismissed at 12:45 and the bus leaves at 1:00.
Be prepared, make sure to have everything you need.

Next week practice will take place: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday. We will be having practice over Christmas Break on Thursday(28th) and Friday(29th). We have a meet the 3rd of January at Snow Hill.
