Once again, the Saugus American Little League is seeking the support of businesses and organizations in the Saugus area. Saugus American Little League Baseball has proven to be a very valuable program for thousands of children over the past few years. Through the volunteer efforts of our managers, coaches and league officials, the Saugus American Little League supports the following programs for boys and girls between the ages of 5 and 12:
6 Major Division Teams (boys & girls between the ages of 10 and 12) playing in our April through June program
10 Minor Division Teams (boys & girls between the ages of 6 and 11) playing in our April through June program
5 Tee Ball Teams (boys and girls ages 5 and 6) playing in our April through June program
5 Summer League Teams (boys and girls ages 8 through 12) playing in inter-league tournaments during July and August
A 10 old All Star Team and an 11 Year old All Star Team. Our 2010 10 year old team was a finalist in the Massachusetts State Tournament.
A Little League Williamsport Tournament Team (our 11 and 12 year old All Star Team). Our 2003 Williamsport Tournament Team was the Massachusetts and New England Champions and participated in the 2003 United States finalist game at the Little League World Series in Williamsport, PA.
If your company or organization is interested in supporting our leagues efforts, please contact our leagues Treasurer, Jackie Robbins, at 781-558-5876. Sponsor signs are placed on the outfield fence at our Hurd Ave. facility. Sponsor recognition is placed in our league program, our local newspapers and on the SALL website. All of the proceeds from our sponsorship program go directly to the equipment and facilities used by our players.
