Sapulpa Girls Softball Association -- Spring Signups!
IT'S NOT TOO LATE!!
Friday, February 12th, is the deadline to sign up for Spring softball!
COST: $50 first child, $35 each additional sibling
Detailed information and signup forms can be downloaded here. A separate Player/Parent Contract AND Parent Code of Ethics must be completed and signed for EACH child. A Waiver and Release form must also be completed for any player that is playing up an age classification (i.e., 6&under eligible, playing 8&under)
Completed forms may be mailed along with your check or money order to the address shown on the signup form or dropped off at the Community Center at 515 East Dewey.
