TEAM PARENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
Each manager will enlist 1 – 2 team parent(s)to help out with the team organization for practice and games. The team parent’s responsibility is to help relieve the managers and coaches of some of the administrative responsibilities and allows the managers and coaches to focus on the athletic and sportsmanship skills being taught to the players. Team parent responsibilities include the following:
•        Calling parent(s) to advise them of practice and game times and locations.
•        Providing a monthly calendar of games, practices and activities.
•        Organizing parent(s) assignments on game day.
•        Working with picture and trophy representatives.
•        Assist coaches with good organizational and overall team management.
